Enhance Fitness is on the second floor of the Rockport Community House.
Enhance Fitness is a comprehensive, research-based exercise program designed for older adults. The classes include aerobic activity, strength training, balance and flexibility. Move at your own pace, all exercises can be done sitting down or standing. Participants experience more energy, increased social connections, improved strength and balance and a greater sense of independence. This is a free program sponsored by the YMCA of the North Shore.
