Operation Able is a path to employment. The Senior Community Service Program is for mature workers, age 55+ who are unemployed, have low income and are committed to finding a job. It is a stepping stoneback to work. The participant receives on-the-job training up to 20 hours per week, while performing community service at a host agency. They are paid minimum wage for the training hours, and must continue to look for an unsubsidized job while they are enrolled in the program. Call to register.
