Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is responsible for the recruitment of new employees, providing training (including anti-harassment, ethics, conflict of interest, etc.), union negotiations, overseeing the performance review process for all employees, and working with the Personnel Board on job classification and other matters that may arise.
